CNPS Supplementary Protection
At some point in their career, nurses may be faced with a college complaint. When this happens, they may struggle to respond appropriately or incur significant out-of-pocket legal expenses to obtain assistance. CNPS has recently launched a new product, CNPS Supplementary Protection which now offers Assistance with Regulatory Matters such as investigations, disciplinary hearings and fitness-to-practice hearings.
CNPS has a free webinar coming up about Assistance with Regulatory Matters for CNPS beneficiaries on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 from 13:00-14:00
The Canadian Nurses Protective Society (CNPS) is pleased to announce that it has expanded its range of legal services to include Assistance with Regulatory Matters. CNPS beneficiaries who register for CNPS Supplementary Protection will now be eligible for legal assistance with respect to complaints before their nursing regulatory bodies, in addition to the core services already made available by the CNPS.
Regulatory matters include complaints to regulatory bodies and their resulting investigations, disciplinary hearings and fitness-to-practise hearings.
