Nurse Faculty Retention Study
INVITATION TO A RESULTS DISSEMINATION SESSION
A team of nurse researchers, led by Dr. Ann Tourangeau from the University of Toronto, conducted a study to better understand what contributes to nurse faculty intention to remain employed and to identify strategies to encourage nurse faculty retention.
This information session will address study findings related to the determinants of Ontario nurse faculty intention to remain employed.
We would like to share these findings with you. This new knowledge can be used as a building block for promoting nurse faculty retention in Canadian colleges and universities.
